A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Kingsway Properties Limited (05001217) of Park House, Wilmington Street, Leeds LS7 2BP, Park House, Wilmington Street, Leeds LS7 2BP (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 68209 - Other letting and operating of own or leased real estate, presented on Wednesday 11 March 2020, at 10:00 by CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL , of Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency List (Ch), Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 20 July 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
