At a General Meeting of the members of Kingstreet Tours Limited held on 08 April 2019 the following Resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

(a) AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION: that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

(b) AS AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION: that Jeremy Karr of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 24 Conduit Place, London, W2 1EP be and is hereby appointed as liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

(c) AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION: That the liquidator be authorised to divide all or such part of the assets of the Company in specie amongst the members of the Company.

(d) AS AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION: that the liquidator's remuneration be fixed as a set amount of ÂŁ3,000 plus VAT and direct disbursements.

(e) AS AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION: that the liquidator be authorised to draw disbursements for services provided by his firm and/or entities within the Begbies Traynor group, in accordance with their firm's policy, details of which accompanied the information presented to the general meeting of the Company.
