Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 25 May 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Bonney (IP No. 9379) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Simon Bonney, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL.
