At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Unit 1, 11 Eagle Parade, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 6EQ on 27 April 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as an extraordinary and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Jonathan Lord of Bridgestones Ltd, 125/127 Union Street, Oldham, Lancashire, OL1 1TE, United Kingdom be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up."
