"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Ingram (IP No. 10790) and Allan Watson Graham (IP No. 8719) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd., 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
