Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I, Lisa Alford (IP No. 9723) and Chris Parkman (IP No. 9588) both of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP being a Joint Liquidators of the above named company, intend to declare a first and final distribution to creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the 21 February 2024. last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not yet proved in the winding up are required on or before 20 March 2024 to send their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts to me and if so required in writing by me, personally, or by solicitors, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend declared before such debt is proved.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a dbet not proved.
