“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) and Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, Brightfield Business Hub, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6XU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
