At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at 25 Stewart Grove, Danderhall, Dalkeith, EH22 1QY, on 10 September 2020, at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
