Notice is hereby given that on 7 January 2020, Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Company.

Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above named company are required, on or before 18 February 2020, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 to Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN the Joint Liquidator of the said company.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
