"That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Fiona Grant (IP No. 9444) and Gemma Louise Roberts (IP No. 9701) both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."
