At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held at 1 Brandon Terrace, Edinburgh, EH3 5EA on 10 May 2019, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Wright, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of WRI Associates Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up of the Company".
