At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire WA15 9SQ on 25 September 2017 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Darren Terence Brookes (IP No. 9297) and Molly Monks (IP No. 19830) both of Milner Boardman & Partners, The Old Bank, 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
