1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

2. That Michelle Breslin (IP No: 9579) and Jeremy Charles Frost (IP No: 9091) of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley, BR1 1LU appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately.
