A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Kidd 'N' Play Limited (09698659) of Unit D, The Galaxy, Bridge Street, Luton LU1 2NB, whose nature of business is Other amusement and recreation activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Wednesday 15 January 2020, at 12:00 by LUTON BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Town Hall, George Street, Luton LU1 2BQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 04 March 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
