A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 28 October 2021 by HITCHENOR WAKEFORD LTD of 14 Kings Street, Leeds LS1 2HL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 5 Hornbeam Square South, Hornbeam Business Park, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG2 8NB will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10.00 am on Tuesday 4 January 2022 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
