1. THAT KG ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS LIMITED be wound up voluntarily

2. THAT Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency,Nortex Mill, 105 Chorley Old Road, Bolton BL1 3AS be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.
