I refer to Rule 4.139(4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and hereby give you notice that on 4 August 2017, KG Electrical Installations Limited (“the Company”) passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and appointed Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Nortex Mill, 105 Chorley Old Road, Bolton BL1 3AS as its Liquidator. The winding up is a members’ voluntary winding up: prior to the passing of the resolution for winding up the Directors of the Company gave a declaration of solvency, to the effect that, having made full inquiry into the affairs of the Company, they had formed the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full together with interest at the official rate within a period of 12 months from the commencement of the winding up.

I enclose a notice requiring any person claiming to be a creditor of the Company and wishing to recover his debt in whole or part to submit the claim in writing.

This letter is being sent to each person whom the Liquidator considers is or may be a creditor of the Company so far as the Liquidator is aware as at the date of this letter of the address of that person. Nothing in this letter is to be taken as an admission on the part of the Company or the Liquidator of liability to the recipient for any matter whatsoever.
