A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no: 09045496) of 3 Crescent Terrace, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 3PE presented on 05 December 2019 by DORSET ARCHITECTURAL IRONMONGERS LIMITED T/A DOOR CONTROLS of The Pavilion, Botleigh, Grange Business Park, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 2AF (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Newcastle Civil & Family Courts and Tribunals Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 8QF, on 10 March 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
