"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) both of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
