At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Liverpool L2 3YL on 22 November 2018, the following Resolutions were passed, the first as a Special Resolution, the second and third as Ordinary Resolutions:-

1. The Company be and it is hereby wound up voluntarily

2. The Manubhai Govindbhai Mistry and Hemal Mistry of Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury BL9 0ED be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company.

3. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.
