Notice is hereby given that on 23 May 2019 the following resolutions were passed by written resolutions as Special and Ordinary resolutions:

"That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that in accordance with the provisions of the Companies articles of association, the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute to the members of the Companies in specie all or any part of the Companies assets and that James Eldridge (IP No. 11250) and Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) both of BDO LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Companies. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
