Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 October 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
