At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD on 16 December 2021 at 10.30 am the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Charles Armstrong (IP No. 6212) and Andrew Richard Bailey (IP No. 18810) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
