“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rob Keyes (IP No. 008841) and Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company”.
