A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Kessel Construction (UK) Limited (09012024) of Suite 20 Eaast London Offices, 80 - 84 St Mary Road, Walthamstow, London E19 9RE, Suite 20 East London Offices, 80-84 St. Mary Road, Walthamstow, London E17 9RE (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 41100 - Development of building projects, presented on Thursday 13 February 2020, at 12:29 by M&D FOUNDATIONS EASTERN LIMITED, of M&D House Brooklands Road, Adwick-Le-Street, Doncaster, DN6 7BA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts at Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 14 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
