A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of Kersfield Limited, 30 Brock Street, Bath, BA1 2LN presented on 1 September 2020 by Smith & Williamson LLP of 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Bristol Civil Justice Centre, via telephone hearing on 28 September 2021 at 11.30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard)
