Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 February 2019 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Freddy Khalastchi (IP No. 8752) and Bethan Louise Evans (IP No. 13130) both of Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
