Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Matthew Waghorn and Lawrence King of Antony Batty & Co. Thames Valley, Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, OX14 4RY, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
