Danny Nicolaas William Dartnaill (IP number: 10110) of BDO LLP, Thames Tower, Level 12, Station Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1LX and William Matthew Humphries Tait (IP number: 9564), of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 27 April 2017 and 23 August 2017 respectively.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 8 October 2018. If creditors have not already delivered a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their claims in writing to us at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool L2 5RH by no later than 8 October 2018, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend.

Creditors who have claims of £1,000 or less that, we are aware of according to the Company’s records will not have to deliver proof of debt or claim form for dividend purposes.

No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
