A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Kensington Parkgate Investments Limited (03299288) of 14 Bouverie Place, London W2 1RB, 14 Bouverie Place, London W2 1RB (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 64999 and 70229, presented on Monday 04 July 2022, at 12:59 by RIVERS LEASING PLC, of Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow HA1 1BA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 17 August 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
