A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Ken's Tipper Hire Limited registered office Radnor House, Stanner, Kington, Herefordshire HR5 3NW, presented on 25 June 2019 by THOMPSONS SERVICETECH LTD, Rutland Works, Vulcan Way, New Addington, Croydon CR9 0DE, claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at the County Court at Hereford, Hereford Justice Centre, Bath Street, Hereford HR1 2HR on 23 August 2019 at 11:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
