At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB on 15 January 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that C A Beighton and P D Masters, both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, (IP Nos 9556 and 8262) be and are hereby appointed the Joints Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.”
