Notice is hereby given that on 29 July 2022 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Kenmore Estates Limited a company registered under the Companies Acts with Company number SC147287 and having its registered office at Kenmore Hotel, Kenmore, Perthshire, PH15 2NU be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 26 August 2022 dismissed the petition and ordered intimation to be made in the Edinburgh Gazette.
