NOTICE is hereby given that on 29 March 2018, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Curot Contracts Limited trading as Dimension, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC086148) and having its registered office at Unit 3 West Avenue, Imperial Park, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA1 2FB craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Ken & Jo Restaurant Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition by Interlocutor dated 3 April 2017 the Court of Session appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Court of Session within eight days after such intimation and advertisement; and that in the meantime by Interlocutor dated 17 April 2018 the Court of Session appointed Gordon Chalmers, Insolvency Practitioner, Wylie and Bisset LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP as Provisional Liquidator of the said company; all of which notice is hereby given.
