“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Finbarr Thomas O'Connell and Adam Henry Stephens, both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY, (IP Nos 7931 and 9748) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
