Notice is hereby given that on 25 February 2019 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the directors of Kelvin Properties (Kent Road) Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that Kelvin Properties (Kent Road) Ltd having their Registered Office at 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 3NQ be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 26 February 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
