Special Resolution

i. "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

i. "That Stephen John Burkinshaw and Patrick O'Brien of BPO Insolvency Ltd, 37 Walter Road, Swansea, SA1 5NW, United Kingdom be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company".
