A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 13 Ger Y Winllan, Llangefni, Wales, LL77 7RS, presented on 16 September 2022, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED of The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 25 October 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 24 October 2022.
