On 21 April 2017, the Company went into insolvent liquidation.

We, James Halmshaw Kent and Julie Halmshaw Kent both of 246b, Otley Road, West Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS16 5AB, hereby give notice to the creditors of Keleco Limited trading as Kents Fitness (Company Number 01976087) of the re-use of a prohibited name pursuant to s216 Insolvency Act 1986.

We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the following name: Kents Gym Limited trading as Kents Gym (Company Number 10662936)
