Notice is hereby given, that all creditors are required, on or before 18 April 2022, to send to the Liquidator at Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB full details of their claims. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

It should be noted that, if a creditor does not deliver its claim to the Liquidator at the latest of 8 weeks before the end of the first accounting period, the Liquidator may make distributions to creditors or shareholders that she thinks fit without regard to the claim of any such creditor.

NOTE. This notice is purely formal. All known creditors have been, or will be, paid in full.
