At a general meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP on 19 February 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Roderick Graham Butcher of Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Roderick Graham Butcher was not confirmed, and Arvindar Jit Singh (IP No. 11070) and Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
