“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Amie Johnson

(IP No 18570) and Yiannis Koumettou (IP no 015676) of Alexander Lawson Jacobs,

1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company,

and that they act either jointly or separately.”
