Notice is hereby given, In accordance with the Order of Judge Hodge Q.C dated 06 December 2019, that I, Kevin Lucas, Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company (the ‘convener’) is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators.

The decision procedure will take the form of a decision by deemed consent under S246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Details of the decision have been included in the notice delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information, please contact the nominated Joint Liquidators using the details below.

In order to object to the proposed decision a creditor must have delivered a notice, stating that the creditor so objects, to be received by the convener not later than 23:59 on the decision date together with a proof in respect of the creditor’s claim in accordance with the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 failing which the creditor's objections will be disregarded. Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.

Kevin Lucas of 2 Pacific Court, Pacific Road, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 5BJ, being a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company, will, during the period before the decision date, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
