At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 10:00am on 26 February 2020 at Unit A & B Pigeon House, Pigeon House Lane, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 4QH the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Peter Richard James Frost (IP No. 8935) and Victor Henry Ellaby (IP No. 8020) both of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
