NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18 December 2018 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Elayne Sarah Margaret Singh craving the court inter alia to order that V&E Properties (Dumfries) Limited be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 19 December 2018 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the first deliverance to be advertised once in “The Edinburgh Gazette” and “The Dumfries and Galloway Standard”; and ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days.
