NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on the following decisions:

1. Approval of the Administrators’ Statement of Proposals, 2. Establishing a Creditors Committee if sufficient creditors willing to act, 3. The basis of the Administrator’s fees, 4. The approval of the Administrator’s Category 2 disbursements, 5. The approval of the pre-Administration costs, 6. The approval of the Liquidator’s remuneration, 7. The timing of the Administrator’s discharge.
