At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 24 Westgate Avenue, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL0 9SS on 24 December 2018 at 9.45 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Ben Woolrych (IP No. 10550) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
