Notice is hereby given that on 24 July 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie by Kayes And Co. (Electrical Contractors) Limited a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC125295) and having its Registered Office at 62 Telford Road, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G67 2AX (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Airdrie, by interlocutor dated 24 July 2018, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
