NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Virtual Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held on Thursday, 22 November 2018 at 12.00 noon pursuant Rule 18.18 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 to make decisions on the following matters:

(i) Approving the Joint Administrators' Proposals

(ii) The formation of a Creditors' Committee and nomination of Members

(iii) The basis of Joint Administrators remuneration

(iv) That the Joint Administrators be discharged from liability per paragraphs 98 and 99 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) immediately upon the Joint Administrators filing their final report to creditors and vacating office.

NB 1: Creditors are advised that, in order to vote a written statement of claim, (proof of debt form) must be received by 12.00 hours on 21 November 2018 and all proxy forms must be delivered to the convenor or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 22 November 2018 at 12.00 noon.

NB 2: All Virtual Meetings of Creditors will be recorded (video and/or audio) in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts, or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending a meeting, you consent to being recorded, including possible recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of a meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General data Protection Regulation.

Secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value.

Creditors who have taken all steps necessary to attend the virtual meeting under the arrangement made by the convenor, but that do not enable them to attend the whole or part of the meeting, may complain under Rule 15.38 of The Rules. A complaint must be made as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event no later than 4pm on the business day following the day on which the person was, or appeared to be, excluded; or where an indication is sought under Rule 15.38, the day on which the complainant received the indication.

Such an appeal must be made no later than 21 days after the decision date.
