Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that I, John Phillip Walter Harlow (IP No. 8319) of John Harlow Insolvency and Corporate Recovery, 29 New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE was appointed Liquidator of the Company by the Secretary of State on 13 December 2018. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me.

The liquidator proposes to seek a decision only from the Company's creditors for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee. If a creditor wishes to be included in this decision process, they should write to the liquidator.
